Clenbuterol Side Effects

The side effects of Clenbuterol are something that anyone who’s thinking of using the drug should be fully aware of. I write this article as a longterm user of Clenbuterol and as someone who has advised other Clenbuterol users. I take this opportunity to explain in clear, simple, no nonsense terms exactly what the side effects of using Clenbuterol are.

In this Clenbuterol article we will deal with the following:

What are the side effects of using Clenbuterol?

Are Clenbuterol side effects dangerous?

What side effects will I experience if I use Clenbuterol?

How many different side effects are there to Clenbuterol?

Are Clenbuterol’s side effects tolerable?

I began using Clenbuterol when I felt I had tried everything else.

I am not lazy and I did watch my diet as best as I possibly could with fair regard to my professional lifestyle which involves sitting on a chair for hours a day. No matter what anyone tells you, when you spend your day behind a desk and have weight to lose, it’s hard.

I had read about Clenbuterol in the news. The part that caught my attention was that this seemed to be another designer weight loss drug that people (media) were criticising but which, so far, hadn’t been proven to be harmful and was in fact used in a controlled situation by doctors (not for weight loss, weight loss is a by-product side effect of Clenbuterol use).

I read and I read and made the decision that all drugs have side effects.

It seemed to me that people were not keeling over and dying as a result of Clenbuterol side effects.

It seemed to me that with the side effects of any drug potentially being harmful, was it worth the risk of using Clenbuterol (for a short time) in order to see whether it could help with my weight loss goals as opposed to simply accepting being (slightly, not massively) above my target health weight.

I made the decision to try it and see.

Here is the most important Clenbuterol advice I can possibly give you.  I’ll even repeat it:

Beware where you buy Clenbuterol from.

Again.

Be wary of where you choose to purchase Clenbuterol from.

If you are purchasing a product to achieve weight loss, you really, really DON’T want that weight loss to come as a result of your own death!!

I researched Clenbuterol’s side effects extensively. My research lead me to an exceptional source of advice on health, weight loss and Clen in particular.

From that, I decided to take the plunge.

I hereby publish my Clenbuterol initial use diary – including the side effects of the drug.

Day 1: Took just 1 tab of Clen. Noticed some handshaking but nothing much.

Day 2: Presumed I hadn’t taken enough (as I’d read about big side effects and they didn’t happen) so decided to up my dose to 3 tabs.

Big mistake!

My hands were shaking, I was breathless, I felt my heart racing, my face heated up and I can only describe the feeling as like being on speed. Never slept, felt quite spooked.

As a result of that set back, I decided to lay off totally for a few days. It was horrible.

Day 5: Went back to just one tab for several days, no side effects but I did feel a bit buzzed. It was actually quite a pleasant feeling.

Day 9: Upped to two tabs (with trepidation). Noticed an elevation of the side effects but nothing I couldn’t handle.

Day 10: Stayed on two Clenbuterol pills, few side-effects but I HAD lost weight. I put this down to a combination of the Clenbuterol and the fact that two of the main, positive side effects I experienced with the drug, which are:

Clenbuterol as an appetite supressant

Clenbuterol gave my a major energy boost

Yes. I (finally) started seeing some results from something I’d tried.

Clenbuterol was the real deal.

I stayed on a two tab dosage for two weeks and then totally went off the Clenbuterol for one solid week (according to the advice I’d been given)

When I returned to the drug, I went with one tab (scared of the side effects of two tabs after having a week off) – but I found the results to be quite week, so I upped to two tabs the next day and had very mild side effects – hand shakes and some breathlessness, only when I was being very active. I also had some cramping in my ankle joints but, again after getting some advice, I took some potassium and that was solved.

Finally I took the plunge and went up to three tabs – remembering how bad the side effects of the Clenbuterol had been when I did this before.

This time, no problems. It felt like the best Clenbuterol buzz I’d had.

By now (19 days in) I had lost (wait for it……)

1 full stone in body weight.

My main side effect was weight loss – which, of course, was the side effect I actually wanted from the Clenbuterol in the first place.

So in essence you need to remember the following:

1) Do NOT get impatient and overdo your dosage of Clenbuterol when you first start
2) You can expect weight loss not just as a direct result of Clenbuterol’s weight loss properties, but as a result of side effects such as higher energy and appetite reduction
3) You very likely will get hand shakes – now I just treat this as a positive that the drug is clearly still working on me
4) Cycle your usage – week on week off works for me as you get no crash
5) Clenbuterol is not addictive. Once you have lost enough weight, simply stop using it and keep an eye on your lifestyle.

For me, it was never a case of yo yo dieting – I simply needed to shift some weight and nothing I did worked – it wasn’t like I was gaining weight and losing weight, I just couldn’t move the weight I wanted gone no matter what I tried. So I tried the Clenbuterol, lost a significant amount of weight and then stopped using it. I haven’t regained the weight yet my lifestyle is no different at all to what it was when I was initially attempting to lose weight pre Clenbuterol.

Best of luck.
