5 Clenbuterol Facts (side effects)

Here's some very brief facts about some of the side effects I experienced when using Clenbuterol.

Clenbuterol fact number 1. I did lose 1 full stone in body weight.

So yes, my most prominent side effect was weight loss – which, of course, was the side effect I actually wanted from the Clenbuterol in the first place.

Clenbuterol fact number 2. If you get impatient and overdo your dosage of Clenbuterol when you first start you can expect (at best) a horrible time with shakes, headaches and joint pain (at worst) you will die. Serious, folks. This isn't a product for messing about with.

Clenbuterol fact number 3. You can expect weight loss not just as a direct result of Clenbuterol’s weight loss properties, but as a result of side effects such as higher energy and appetite reduction.

Clenbuterol fact number 4. You will get the shakes / shudders / shivers / jitters – whatever you want to call it – now I just treat this as a positive that the drug is clearly still working on me

Clenbuterol fact number 5. Cycle your usage or you will not see the effects and you can do long term damage. Clen is not addictive so having periods where you are not taking clenbuterol for weight loss is advised.

Above all, be aware that if you are going to buy clenbuterol it does produce weight loss but it is a serious drug with serious results.

Clenbuterol Cycle

Should I cycle the Clenbuterol I take?

If you’ve read my post on Clenbuterol dosage you should know that the sideeffects of taking this drug can be very, very noticeable.

The longer you take the drug, the more the sideeffects tend to wear off, except for the weight loss effects. The reason why clenbuterol is so effective at promoting fat loss is because of its amazingly long lasting effects on the body. The best way I can describe it is like having an underlying feeling that you’ve just done exercise.

So the question is, should you cycle your clenbuterol usage?

Short answer; yes. Absolutely.

Here’s my model.

10 days on, 10 days off.

In the past I did two weeks on, two weeks off – but there is a ‘crash’ effect.

I then did one week one and one week off, but felt that just as I was beginning to get some results, I went off the drug and it seemed to stunt the results.

My 10 days on, 10 days off cycle has produced the best weight loss results for me.

Clenbuterol Cycle

10 days on, 10 days off.

Avoid long term use without cycling.

Avoid short bursts at high doses.

Avoid cycles if you feel a ‘crash’.
